Dr. Moti Lal has completed his MBBS  from SMS Medical College, Jaipur, Rajasthan and MS (Surgery) from RNT Medical College, Udaipur  in his first attempt.
He completed his Senior residency at Maulana Azad Medical College, Delhi in the year 2003.
He joined as a junior consultant at Dr. Lal hospital and presently is chief general surgeon at Dr. Lal Hospital and Al-Shifa multi-specialty hospital.
Dr Lal has gained rich vibrant experience of health care during his career and has acquired many fellowships and accreditation courses.
He has completed his fellowship in general surgery from Association of surgeons of India during the Kochi conference, held in 2011 (FIAS).
He has received Fellowship from Fellow of the International College of Surgeons (FICS).
He has completed his Fellowship of Indian association of gastrointestinal endo-surgeon (FIAGES) from Max Hospital, Saket.
He has completed his Fellowship of Minimal Association of Surgeons from Ram Krishna Care Hospital, Raipur.
He has completed his Fellowship of Advance  Laparoscopic Surgeon (FALS)  from Fortis Hospital, Gurugram.
He has completed his Master's degree in Master of Hospital Administrator  from ICFAI University.
He has completed many accreditation courses from National Board of Hospital and Health Care provider on entry-level and internal assessor.
He has completed his Green belt course from American Society for quality.
